Awesome Job

I contacted Omega on a Thursday, they were at the house on Friday to give me an estimate to replace 17 year old system. They had a Jan special that included a free new Amana furnace with any new Amana airconditioning system. Price was awesome, installers were incredible and they did the job on Monday. Wow! Highly recommended.

Very pleased with Omega Heating

It was determined that my old air unit could not be repaired.  Omega Heating took charge and submitted a claim to my warranty company with very detailed info.  Once ordered, they picked up the equipment and installed it within 3 hours with all the necessary modifications to my old vents, wiring, etc.  They even registered my system with the manufacturer.  What a deal!!  Omega is an A1 company.

I can’t say enough about the truly excellent service we have received from Omega Heating & Air.  When I had problems with the 3.5 ton HVAC System I had installed by OMEGA about a year ago, I thought it might have been their fault. It seemed that the new unit did not do a whole lot better than the previous one. I called OMEGA to get some answers regarding the problem I was having and to ask for a proposal on an upstairs unit which we considered replacing as well. It turned out that the issue we had was related to a lack of returns, installed by the original builder. To be sure that was truly the case, I had several other companies check out my situation. They confirmed what we had been told. Jason Erwin, OMEGA’s excellent customer consultant and all around great guy, did everything possible to help find and solve the issue. He gave us a very reasonable proposal for the 2.5 ton unit we needed for upstairs as well. Thanks to Jason’s reassurance that OMEGA would do everything in their power to take care of us to our satisfaction, we decided to stick with OMEGA despite initial reluctance. They installed two additional air returns, an additional air supply, the 2.5 ton HVAC system for upstairs and WiFi Thermostat.  Luken and Ray were fantastic installers. Very professional and consciences. Installation Manager “Dellon Richards” and even Jason came by to follow up, making sure everything was done correctly. No company could have done more. Everything works TOP NOTCH!

Exceptionally pleased

My first experience was top notch and far superior to the company I had been using for the last several years. Omega sent a crew to install a new system. They were professional, courteous, well organized under the lead technician and extremely competent and NEAT. The sales team did a great job explaining options. After looking at other bids we chose Omega and we know we made the correct choice.

Great Customer Service

My AC went out and my warranty people assigned another company to come out that did not fix the system and would not admit fault.  This process took weeks of wasting my time. My warranty company heard the stress in my voice and said, hey we are going to assign Omega; customers are having good experiences with them.  Well I am here to say yes to that.  The first person I spoke with, Briana, came out with great customer service hearing my long story of the previous experience with the other company and still maintaining an “active” and “smiling” listening voice.  She is very delightful and gives GREAT customer service on behalf of Omega.  The Techs know what they are doing (unlike my last company) and have integrity (hard to find).  I do not feel like this is a company just out to take my money and do a sh#@y job.  I feel like they really care about the customer.  I have had a great experience and the experience continues.  Shout out to Briana and Jerell for helping me out with my situation with great customer service!
